Davey Pump Pressure Booster 14 GPM 1 HP 115 Volt model # BT14-45 with Torrium controller. Ideal for small homes with double stories or long runs of plumbing. Four outlets, with an average delivery of 3 GPM at 30 PSI and a 15 ft. suction lift, can be operated at the same time without substantially reducing performance. This model is not yet Massachusetts Code or CSA approved. Replaces Davey HS12-40HTI
Specifications:
The Torrium control starts the pump as soon as you switch on the tap and continues running until water is not required. The controller continuously monitors the flow of water and will switch it off to avoid damage if the supply becomes inadequate. The systems are compact, quiet and easy to install.
Applications Domestic water supply, pressure boosting from well or city, automatic water transfer.

Tank size: Built-in spring loaded pressure tank overcomes the need for regular pressure vessels. The Davey BT Series does not require an additional

Must install a foot valve when pumping from a well or cistern. ORDER SEPARATELY
Do not exceed a total system pressure of 100 PSI.
The total system pressure will be the incomming city pressure plus the maximum output pressure from the data above.
Use a pressure regulating valve in the suction and /or discharge lines as required.
