We no longer sell Davey Pumps. Davey Pumps has closed their USA factory warehouse and we have had numerous warranty issues with their products that we could not resolve to our customer's satisfaction.
Davey Pump Pressure Booster 20 GPM 40 PSI Boost 1 HP 230 V # BF20-40 with flow control, are ideal for shower boosting applications. They are not recommended for whole home applications. It requires a minimum of 20 psi inlet pressure for the flow control to operate
Applications:
- Shower boosting and irrigation applications only, they are not recommended for whole home applications.
Operation:
- When the flow is more than 1.2 GPM the pump will turn on and give up to an extra 38 PSI boost depending on the demand
- The pump will continue to run until the demand drops below 0.7 GPM
- If the main supply fails, the pump will stop.
- It will restart by itself when the city water pressure returns provided the flow is over 1.2 GPM
