Why didn't you respond when I sent you an E-mail?
  • As is happening to everyone today, we are being covered up by e-mails by the thousands offering services (particularly porn and viruses) in which we have no interest.
  • In an attempt to keep our staff from being exposed to this material, we have installed spam filters. Occasionally, a message from a customer or vendor gets caught in the trap.
  • When you send a message please be very specific in the subject line as to what you want. Do not put "Hi can you help me?", "I have a problem?", etc.
  • If applicable use your kingpumps order number in the subject line.

  • Why do you ask us to e-imail all inquiries instead of calling?We ask you to e-mail all inquiries to information@kingpumps.com because we strive for excellence in all our Internet transactions.

    Receiving questions by email, allows us to operate in a very organized, accurate fashion. Many people feel more comfortable speaking with a salesperson. It is only natural. Changes in attitude take time. This is the Internet, and we can answer your questions in a timely manner by e-mail, rather than being put on hold or waiting on the phone for a long time.
