Pedrollo Stainless Steel VLE Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pumps Horizontal or Vertical; In-line or Submersible
Compact multi-stage submersible pump inside a 304 stainless steel case with in-line suction and discharge connections. They can be installed in a horizontal or vertical position or completely submerged. The enclosed design also eliminates any possibility of
water escaping.
Performance Range: Flow rate up to 34 gpm; Head up to 296 ft
Limits of Use: 25 ft suction lift; 104°F liquid temperature
Applications
They are recommended for pumping clean water and liquids that are chemically non aggressive to the materials from which the pump is made. THEIR RELIABILITY AND QUIET RUNNING MAKE THEM SUITABLE FOR DOMESTIC AND CIVIL APPLICATIONS, BECAUSE THE PUMP IS FULLY SUBMERSIBLE WITH THE MOTOR COLLED BY THE PUMPED LIQUID, IT CAN BE USED SAFELY IN WET ENVIRONMENTS AND IN SPACES WITH INSUFFICIENT VENTILATION.
Construction:Outer Case and Motor Support: Stinless steel AISI 304 with threaded ports
Impeller and Diffusers: technopolymer.
Motor Shaft: Stainless steel
Double Seal: : mechanical seal silicon carbide-NBR, with oil barrier chamber and inner lip seal to protect the seal in the event of dry running.
Motor: Electric, asynchronous for continuous duty. Single phase below 1-1/2 HP have thermal protector built into the winding; The 2 HP motor has an external overload protector (with manual reset)
Electrical: Single-phase are 230 V - 60 Hz; three-phase are 230V,60 Hz.
