 | I am having trouble ordering a pump on line. Can you help?
The AVS (Address Verification System) attempts to match the billing address that customers enter in the Billing Address fields during checkout with the address information on file with the credit card issuing bank.
The CVV (Card Verification Value) is a system that matches the credit card number with a 3 digit security code that appears on the back of the credit card.
When a customer places an order, an authorization is transmitted through the Yahoo payment gateway to the credit card issuing bank.
If the billing address on file by the credit card issuing bank does not match the information entered by the customer or the CVV security number does not match the information on file by the issuing bank, the Order page is “flagged” with a Pending Review status.
For security, identity theft issues and time constraints, orders that are “flagged” Pending Review will be cancelled and not processed.
Please make sure that the billing address and the CVV number you are entering match exactly with the information on file by your bank.….
If the transaction is “flagged” because of bad address, Zip code or CVV there is nothing we can do as a merchant, due to security, identity theft issues and time constraints, except suggest another card type.

| | What does it mean that my order form is marked "Pending Review"? Orders with invalid AVS information (bad address and/or zip code) or bad CVV information (3 Digit Card Verification Value) are flagged "Pending Review" by the Yahoo payment gateway.
For security, identity theft issues and time constraints, orders flagged "Pending Review" will be cancelled and not processed.

| | Why was my order cancelled?
Your order was "flagged" by theYahoo order gateway because your credit card issuing bank reported an invalid billing address, invalid zip code or invalid CVV number. .......For security, identity theft issues and time constraints, orders that are “flagged” Pending Review will be cancelled and not processed.

| | What do the letters AVS & CVV mean?
AVS (Address Verification System) is a system that attempts to match the billing address that customers enter in the Billing Address fields during checkout. When the credit card entered is authorized, AVS checks to see if the cardholder’s address entered during checkout matches the address information on file with the issuing bank.
CVV (Card Verification Value) is an important new security feature for card-not-present transactions that matches the credit card number with a 3 digit security code that appears on the back of most credit cards. This new feature provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card.
CVV's Location:The CVV three-digit value for Visa/MasterCard is printed on the signature panel on the back of credit cards, four-digit for Amex on the front of the card, immediately following the card account number.
The CVV value helps validate two things:
1) The customer has their credit card in his/her possession.
2) The card account is legitimate.
CVV is not contained in the magnetic stripe information, nor does it appear on sales receipts.

We decided, when we started in 1999 that if we wanted to offer low prices and the best service that we had to "trim" someplace. Not having a toll free phone number keeps our prices low. This is the Internet ... you can order on-line "toll" free. You can also contact us, ask questions, etc. by e-mailing us ... "toll free". This keeps our overhead and your prices down.
