Residential Truck Delivery Adder

A commercial address is defined as an address zoned as commercial real estate, having a loading dock and a fork lift. If an order is shipped via Truck Line to a residential address, a $72.50 fee must be added to the order. Someone capable of unloading the shipment must be present to unload and inspect the delivery. The fact that a business is being operated from a residential location does not qualify it as a commercial address. Any business being operated from a home, apartment, or other dwelling where people live on the premises is considered to be a residential address. Add this charge to your order if you are shipping to a residential address or arrange to have your shipment sent to a commercial address with a fork lift and a loading dock to avoid the additional carrier-imposed charges
