It is easy to buy online, but not as much fun if there is a warranty problem or if you have to return products. That's where the convenience of the Internet breaks down.


What is your Return Fee if I ordered the wrong product?
1) If you ordered the wrong product or change your mind after you receive your order, we do charge a 15% return fee and, of course, we cannot refund shipping & handling charges.
2) Returning used products, of course, cannot be allowed. We do not sell used products and you will not receive (nor do you expect to receive) used (or "re-furbished") merchandise from us.
3) Please contact us if you wish to return products (must be brand new, in perfect condition, a perfect box and never used)
4) This is terrible to say (but true): we have found that a rare few customers have stated in the past that their product is defective to avoid paying our 15% return policy. To discourage that (and to keep your prices lowest), we must insist that either the product is defective (in which case you will receive another) or that we must charge a 15% restocking fee.
5) We think that this is a fair policy for everyone as lower overhead.... means lower prices to everyone.

What is the return procedure if the product is damaged in transit?
If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier. Or please make sure that when you sign the shippers proof-of-delivery slip, that you include a note stating that the package appears damaged.

If you accepted the package and then noticed the pump was damaged in transit do the following:

E-mail us a notice that you received the merchandise damaged in transit. Please use your kingpumps order # in the subject line to by-pass our "spamblocker"
1. We will e-mail you an RGA (returns good authorization)
2. Re-pack the damaged or defective merchandise with all of its documentation in its original carton.
3. Place a new order for an exact replacement pump in our Internet Store at
http://store.waterpumpsupply.com/205gphshalst.html. 4. We will include a return label " along with the packing slip of the replacement pump.
5. Place the return label on the defective pump carton and give to the carrier.
6. We will credit your account for the value of the product plus freight charges of the new replacement pump order, as soon as we receive the merchandise.


What is the return procedure if I ordered the wrong product?
If the product is like new, have never been installed, in its original carton and with all documentation please do the following:
1) E-mail us a notice that you made an error and ordered the wrong product. Please use your kingpumps order # in the subject line to by-pass our "spamblocker"
2) Request an RGA Number (Return Goods Authorization)
3) Place new order for correct item.
4) Ship the item to King Pumps Inc. 253 NW 54th. Street, Miami, Fl. 33127 Attn: (Use the RGA Number that we give you in the attention line)
5) We will credit your account for the value of the product (less a 15% Return Fee) as soon as we receive the merchandise.

What is the return procedure if I receive the wrong merchandise?
If we made a mistake/error in shipping (it does rarely happen), please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
1) E-mail us a notice that you received the wrong merchandise due to our error. Please use your kingpumps order # in the subject line to by-pass our "spamblocker"
3) We will issue "pick up order" to the carrier which will include an RGA Number (Return Goods Authorization)
4) Please re-pack the merchandise in the original carton with all of its documentation.
5) We will contact you regarding when the merchandise will be picked up (the time can be arranged to minimize any inconveniences)
6) Place a new order for a similar item. (Note on the order that it is to replace order # received in error)
7) We will credit your account for the value of the product plus freight charges as soon as we receive the merchandise.
8) We will apologize for the mistake.

What is the return procedure if I change my mind after I receive the product?
The product must be like new, have never been installed, in its original carton with all documentation.
1) E-mail us a notice that you changed your mind after you received the product Please use your kingpumps order # in the subject line to by-pass our "spamblocker"
2) Request an RGA Number (Return Goods Authorization)
3) Ship the item to King Pumps Inc. 253 NW 54th. Street, Miami, Fl. 33127 Attn: (Use the RGA Number that we give you in the attention line)
4) We will credit your account for the value of the product (less a 15% Return Fee) as soon as we receive the merchandise.
5) Place a new order for the correct item if applicable.

What is the return procedure for merchandise that fails within the warranty period?
1) E-mail us a notice that the product does not seem to perform as per its specifications.
2) Describe the nature of the problem.
3) One of our technical representatives will reply with-in 24 hours to help you solve the problem.

4)If it seems that the product has a defect in material or workmanship we will issue an RGA #
5) We will request that you re-order the same item through our Web Store.
6) As soon as we receive the defective unit we will credit your charge card, excluding UPS/ FedEx ground charges
7) NOTE: Please do not ship the product back to us without contacting us first and receiving an RGA number and instructions.
8) This procedure does not apply to Engine Driven pumps

What is the return procedure when you issue a UPS or Fedex Call Tag?
Please place a new order for an exact replacement of the original defective pump.
Send us an e-mail giving the us the order number for the under-warranty replacement pump.
As soon as we receive the new order for the replacement pump, we will issue a Pick-up Call Tag for the defective unit
Please re-pack the defective merchandise in the original carton with all of its documentation
UPS or Fedex will go to the shipping address in your orginal order and pick-up the merchandise.
Driver will have all the required documentation.
As soon as we receive the defective unit we will credit your charge card for the total of the 2nd. replacement order, including UPS/ FedEx ground charges (not 2nd. Day Air)
NOTE: UPS & FeDex will make a maximum of 3 attempts to pick-up ......after 3 attempts they will not pick up anymore.
