Our catalog is our Internet Store Site.
One of the reasons for our low prices is that we save money by not having a printed catalog. Feel free to print out any page you like. Our catalog is always current, with current prices. We also don't mail out catalogs, which costs a great deal of money. We pass these savings on to YOU.
Do you have a dealer in our area? For 38 years we have been located in sunny Miami, Florida. We are near your area only through the virtual doors of our Internet Store.
What are your business hours? The hours that we ship orders, take care of questions, etc. is Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) excluding holidays. Our Internet Store is always "open" 24 hours per day, 365 days per year

Are the products you sell new or reconditioned? All products listed in our Internet Store are new. We do not sell reconditioned equipment through our Internet Store. All cartons are opened prior to shipment and the merchandise inspected, re-packed and “foamed” as required to protect them from damage in transit.
Why was the factory carton opened and re-sealed? All cartons are opened prior to shipment and the merchandise inspected, re-packed and “foamed” as required to protect them from damage in transit.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my Internet purchases? Currently, we collect sales tax for purchases in the State of Florida, unless we receive via Fax a copy of a Florida Annual Resale Certificate For Sales Tax exemption.
