Little Giant "piggy back" diaphragm low level switch with 25' cord model RS-5-LL (599019) converts any manual pump, up through 1/3 HP, to automatic. (Includes two Phillips drive screws and two cable ties).
OperationThe switch is activated by pressure to a diaphragm which activates a switch providing power to the pump. Pressure to the diaphragm is caused by rising water around the switch housing.
Mounting:
Replaces the complete switch assembly on the model 5-APCP Pool Cover Pumps.
It Can also be attached directly to a model 5-MSP Utility pump using the two slot drive screws provided. On 2"-3", Off: .50"-1.5".
Can be installed directly to a model 6-CIM-R sump pump housing using the two slot drive screws provided. On 3.5" , Off 1.75" (+ or - .50").
Can be attached to a pipe with the cable ties provided to control any other pump up to 1/3 HP.
