Called customer service and they sent out a new one immediately-no questions asked. Received and installed the second pump and it worked great. Cannot complement the customer service guys enough. They made sure I was installing it correctly, and when it wasn't possible for me to troubleshoot it, they made sure I got a new one fast….

I will always go to King Pumps first whenever I need a pump in the future. As a side note, I have purchased several Rule pumps through the years and they all work great. Just plug them in and forget them. When they detect water they turn on by themselves and prevent any flooding that would occur without them….
