Why didn't you respond when I sent you an E-mail?
As is happening to everyone today, we are being covered up by e-mails by the thousands offering services (particularly porn and viruses) in which we have no interest. In an attempt to keep our staff from being exposed to this material, we have installed spam filters. Occasionally, a message from a customer or vendor gets caught in the trap. When you send a message please be very specific in the subject line as to what you want. Do not put "Hi can you help me?", "I have a problem?", etc.
If applicable use your kingpumps order number in the subject line.
Why do you ask us to e-imail all inquiries instead of calling?
Receiving questions by email, allows us to operate in a very organized, accurate fashion. We can answer your questions in a timely manner by e-mail, rather than being put on hold or waiting on the phone for a long time.
