Peripheral Lateral Suction Turbine Pumps

The Pedrollo PQHH Series (same as Pedrollo PQM81 european version) peripheral end suction turbine pumps have a flow rate of up to 4.8 GPM and heads to 296 feet, suction lift up to 20 feet and will handle liquid temperatures up to 140°F. They have a cast iron body, brass impeller and stainless steel shaft. Performance Range Flow rate up to 4.8 gpm Head up to 296 ft; Limits of Use; 26 ft suction lift; 140°F liquid temperature; 104 °F ambient temperature.

CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS • Pump Body: cast inon body with threaded ports• Body Back-plate: aluminium with brass insert Impellers: Brass, with radial peripheral vanes. • Motor Shaft: stainless steel • Mechanical Seal: ceramic - graphite - NBR • Motor: the pumps are close-coupled to a carefully matched PEDROLLO electric motor, quiet running, totally enclosedfan cooled (TEFC), suitable for continuous duty • Electrical: Single-phase are 115 V or 230 V, 60 Hz with capacitor and thermal overload protector; three-phase are 230/460 V, 60 Hz.

They are recommended for pumping clean water and liquids without abrasive particles and liquids that are chemically non aggresive to the materials from which the pump is made. FOR THEIR RELIABILITY, SIMPLICITY OF USE AND ECONOMY THEY ARE SUITABLE FOR RESIDENTIAL USE AND IN PARTICULAR FOR DISTRIBUTING WATER IN COMBINATION WITH SMALL PRESSURE SETS, FOR IRRIGATING GARDENS. The pumps must be installed in enclosed places, or at least protected against inclement weather.
