Pedrollo PK Series Peripheral End Suction Turbine Pumps

The Pedrollo cast iron body PK Series (same as Pedrollo PKM60 european version) peripheral end suction turbine pumps have a flow rate up to 24 GPM and heads to 326 feet, suction lift to 20 feet and will handle liquid temperatures to 140 F. They have a cast iron body, brass impeller and stainless steel shaft.

CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS Pump Body: cast iron, with threaded ports. Body Back-plate: aluminium with brass insert Impellers: Brass, with radial peripheral vanes. Motor Shaft: stainless steel Mechanical Seal: ceramic - graphite - NBR Motor: the pumps are close-coupled to a carefully matched PEDROLLO electric motor, quiet running, totally enclosedfan cooled (TEFC), suitable for continuous duty Electrical: Single-phase are 115 V or 230 V, 60 Hz with capacitor and thermal overload protector; three-phase are 230/460 V, 60 Hz.

They are recommended for pumping clean water and liquids without abrasive particles and liquids that are chemically non aggresive to the materials from which the pump is made. FOR THEIR RELIABILITY, SIMPLICITY OF USE AND ECONOMY THEY ARE SUITABLE FOR RESIDENTIAL USE AND IN PARTICULAR FOR DISTRIBUTING WATER IN COMBINATION WITH SMALL PRESSURE SETS, FOR IRRIGATING GARDENS. The pumps must be installed in enclosed places, or at least protected against inclement weather.
