If the battery not charging check power connection on wall; check to make sure the power cord is fully inserted into the back of the charger; make sure the battery cartridge is fully seated in the charger base in the correct orientation and the charge light is on; verify charger is in good working condition; depending on the age, usage rate and the environment where the battery cartridge has been stored, the battery may need to be replaced.
